The operator is currently registered as a private individual (§5 TMG, below) because the company hasn't been formally incorporated yet — trade register entry and VAT ID are pending accordingly. The phone number is still a placeholder. Please have this checked by a lawyer before launch, especially once a company is incorporated — the founding team below deliberately carries no "managing director" titles until the GmbH is registered; that should be updated then.
